We offer a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the exact same condition that you received it.
Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
With all original tags and labels attached.
In its original retail packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

We clearly define our return costs as follows:

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is FREE. We provide a prepaid return label. No restocking fee ($0.00).
Customer Remorse (Change of mind / Wrong size): The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. No restocking fee ($0.00).

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at seyvacollective@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same condition criteria listed above.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
