Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Seyva Collective. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy to ensure a transparent and smooth delivery process.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
- Operating Days: Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping Transit Time: 7 to 21 business days.
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping for orders over $50.00. Rates for orders under $50.00 are calculated at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or global logistics challenges.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 48 to 72 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Seyva Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each package, so don't worry if one item arrives before the next!
6. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing, so the window to correct an address is small.
Seyva Collective is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
